I was at a bar a few weeks ago and saw a guy wearing a Cardone Capital hat. I had the logo on the front and said "Cash Flow" on the side above the ear. I couldn't tell if he was wearing it ironically or not, but he was acting like douche. I was so tempted to ask him...Anyway, fuck that guy and fuck Grant Cardone.

His operation never seemed legitimate to me. Seems like he used leverage only to finance his image on social media while possessing zero knowledge about real estate. Highly doubt he’s sitting on any cash. I feel bad for his employees, but I hope he gets his head torn off in this crisis.

"recoveringcpa" don't understand why the SEC doesn't take these influncer fraudsters down.

Why are they any less legit than anyone else? I agree Grant Cardone is running a scam, but as far as I'm concerned anyone willing to invest 10k with the guy deserves what they get. Fools should be parted with their money.
