Seen this fund on Linkedin open a week or so ago. All laterals with elite RE PE profiles (3 Goldman / Oaktree / Morgan Stanley / etc). Anyone know much about the founder or the fund's mandate? Read a couple articles saying they were operational RE-focused, so guessing that means they're big on leisure / hotel assets am I fair to assume? Comp? Any interesting tidbits?
