For the condo developers on here: when your firm is doing a ground up project (or large redevelopment I guess), how much of the material and design selection is driven by raw material cost vs structural requirements vs aesthetics?
Curious to know what the discussions are like / why so many developers will build another glass box when the neighboring glass boxes languish, instead of differentiating via design and materials.
