Ground up retail model?

Really don’t want to build one from scratch but all the options I have found online are ass so I might have to. As a last ditch effort, does anyone have a ~good~ in-depth retail development model they feel like sharing??

I am willing to bet there is no in depth and actually useable ground up retail models online, as ground up retail very rarely, if ever, pencils. My honest rec would be to take a draw schedule from a development model and add that sheet into your existing retail model along with making the other necessary tweaks and edits.
