GSE Lender Exit Opps?

What are the exit opportunities like from GSE lenders from either a place like Berkadia/Walker&Dunlop or a bank like Capital One/Wells Fargo? The pays seem to be good for entry-level, but eventually I would like to work at some organization that does more complicated deals, either on the side of a principal or at a debt shop.

MF production at any firm, asset management, MF focused REPE firms. You have a good amount of options, it depends on what you want though. I think there's a few threads with some good answers if you look them up
