Anyone have decent intel on this shop--reputation, comp, culture, etc? They seem very active in both the industrial and creative office space with a pretty healthy adaptive reuse pipeline. Your thoughts are much appreciated.

Decent rep, but as someone else said, a lot of what they own is junky. They had been buying in markets like Culver City. Also have an equipment group as well.
You don't think Culver is a solid long term investment? Yeah it's crummy now, but semi close to the Westside/Beverly Hills/Century City

Have they? How is their CBS Television City project doing? It was a massive purchase ($900? iirc).
