Hanover Company (Houston, TX)

Does anyone have any insight on the Hanover Company based in Houston, TX?

They've done some beautiful Class A/A+ mid and high-rise apartment projects in Houston.

Nothing really comes up when I try to research their firm. Seems like their team all come from Ivy/Soft Ivys.

Thanks in advance.

They're a large, national, merchant builder, and they build some of the nicest product in the market today.  Privately held company (the Bowden family) that has deep institutional equity relationships (Carlyle, Pru, AIG, etc.).  They're a classic merchant shop with local partners on the ground in each of their markets, Houston is the HQ, and it is where their capital markets group sits (they have an in-house team raising equity.

Culture is good, they're great people to work with.  Very smart and savvy but also very pragmatic.
