Has anybody heard of this or a similar position?

I'm wonder if this position with Cushman & Wakefield would be worth considering. Even after speaking with HR I am still kind of confused about it. They said this is their first time offering such a position. Here's the description:

Commercial Real Estate Development Associate – New York, NY

Purpose of the Job

The Commercial Real Estate Development Program (CREDP) Program develops leadership and analytical skills through classroom based training, structured mentoring relationships and key rotational assignments.

It is an intensive one-year entry-level development program consistent of five rotational assignments designed to provide opportunities for accelerated career growth.

Principal Responsibilities

CREDP, as part of C&W’s culture of continuous learning and development, provides you with the opportunity for accelerated career growth. Successful CREDP participants can expect to enjoy significant responsibility and opportunity to contribute to business results. The program provides exposure to business leaders in a culture that recognizes and rewards excellence.
CREDP employees can expect to rotate through many of the following service lines based on availability of positions, the interviewer's assessment, and the applicant's preference. The service lines include:

Brokerage/Leasing
Commercial
Multi-family
Retail
Research
Capital Markets
Debt & Equity
Investment Banking
Valuation & Advisory
Corporate Occupier & Investor Services
Transaction Management
Facilities Management
Project Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3.0 on a 4.0 Grade point average scale
Minimum SAT score 1200/1600 or 1900/2400
Geographic mobility (rotational program locations can be Manhattan, East Rutherford, NJ or Stamford, CT

CBRE has something similar to this called the wheel program. I think this looks like a great position provided you know you really want to be in real estate. Cushman is a brand name. if you're in NYC, I think that would be a really cool entry job, especially if you want to be in brokerage. What area of Real Estate do you think you want to be in?
