Don't know them or the platform super well, but I'd bet on Kara and would be happy working with her.
CMBS are notorious for having long hours. If this is an analyst position, it's a grind. Just a heads up.
Just recently was exposed to this group. Prime Group is resi arm, while Prime Finance is their debt arm. I think I saw the analyst post you are referring to and originations isn’t the worst place to learn. Everyone I’ve been exposed to there seems like smart and genuine people - was impressed.
Also quick LinkedIn search and people tend to stay/get promoted quickly. No insight to how they treat analysts though. I would assume you’d be working in one of their debt funds. Hope that helps.
