Have an interview with a CRE PE coming up. What questions should I ask?

I was wondering what kinds of questions I should be asking to determine whether the team is strong / performance is good / etc.Any tips would be much appreciated.

Edit: the company in question specializes on solar / wind farms.

He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling.
