How many YOE is AVP at Heitman? Are we sure there isn’t title inflation going on? Their first years are “associate” vs “analyst”. If it’s like 5-7 YOE, that base seems right, assuming their bonus is like 40-50%.

Also at some places, associate is like 5 years vs 2. It would be helpful if people used YOE instead of title. Barings “senior associate” for example is basically senior analyst.

 

Not surprised tbh, I heard their analysts with 1-3 years expected experience make like 80k base with 10-15% bonus in Chicago … maybe that changed tho hopefully
