Heitman NYC Presence
Curious if anyone has knowledge of Heitman's NYC office.
I understand the firm is primarily based in Chicago, but I wanted to know if their NYC office also has an acquisitions team.
I do not think so. Most of the firm and their acq team all sit in Chicago outside of some IR folks in NYC. Unlike Lasalle which has hired more and is building a team in NYC. Let me know if you hear differently though.
How about Harrison Street?
They merged wjth Rockwood who is in nyc so technically Rockwood acq is Harrison
The pay is awful in Chicago so can’t imagine how shit it is for NYC
Acq team fully in Chicago. There are a handful of debt guys in NYC.
Anyone know what Heitman bonus % is these days?
