He pushed me to be more intentional about how I talk about my experience and gave me concrete steps to prepare for interviews, from tailoring my resume to practicing financial modeling. Have people send you modeling case studies snd then try to do them until it’s easy after watching YouTube videos and courses (break into CRE, a.cre)
