Help - Finding a property for an Investor
Hey All-
I was approached by a colleague to help him find an investment property and I am not sure of the best way to go about the search. The price range is up to $100MM and must be located inside of the US. Can anyone help give me some information on the best way to go about finding potential properties?
Thanks!
I can help you, for a small fee....
OP, I can help you for marginally less than picklemonkey's fee
Appreciate the offering, the investor is well aware of both broker and agent fee's. If you feel that you might be able to help find and provide the appropriate information then feel free to PM me.
I am currently reaching out to CBRE & JLL, but can and will work with anyone who may be able to provide property information that meets the investors minimum criteria. I am acting only as an agent/representative of the investor.
In all honesty, man, I have some buildings I can sell your guys, but I'm not a broker by any means. Brokerage firms, like CBRE and JLL, are your best bet.
I have a way to side step brokers/agents and get the deals straight to you. PM me if interested.
