HELP How much should I get paid
Hello I had a final round interview with a large Debt fund in a HCOL (NYC SF) the recruiter keeps asking what I am excepting for comp and I tell her I don’t know I need to do more research and don’t want to price my self too low or high. It is an asset management position and I have 8 months experience out of undergrad.
Did she give you a comp range? She’ll have those numbers, if you ask and she doesn’t give you an answer that might be a red flag.
Say 125 base and see what she says
feel like 90-110k + 20-30% pending specifics
