Help me choose between two REPE analyst offers

I have been given two job offers, both from top 50 real estate private equity firms. One firm has a well-known and very respected reputation and the other is not as well-known because it's a young company (about 15 years old). I'm really torn between the two because the well-known firm works on really cool projects that I'm truly passionate about. The other company, though, has been extremely successful in a short amount of time and is continuing to rapidly expand. I know this company is trying to expand their teams, and I have a hunch that there could be much opportunity to grow within the company. Do you think my hunch makes sense?

Based on the information I've provided, which would you lean towards, and what other things should I be considering while choosing between the two? I'm mainly trying to see which firm would be best in terms of career development.

Thank you so much for any guidance.
