HFF - Analyst Interview (Investment Sales Team) - Experiences?

Can anyone share their experience interviewing at HFF for an Analyst position (preferably investment sales?) I have an interview coming up and I was told I was not going to be asked how many Titleist balls fit into a 747... but then again, you never know. Trying to gauge the level of technical ability one needs out of the gate to get hired there as anylst. Things I know to be true: emphasis on fit, willingness to work long long hours, and use of Argus Enterprise (which I have a very rudimentary understanding of) are important elements, but what are they going to expect from a guy who graduated less than a year ago. Thanks for your input.

From what I understand it's very much fit based. Make sure you know what they stand for as a company and the platform they work off of. Very different from other brokerages make sure you know why and also why you want to be there.

Mr. Deeds really hit on it below. It's grow from within type model where they want you to grow as an analyst and learnt he little details of the business so that 5 years down the road when you and if you make it to producer you know your shit.
