I'm curious to know your thoughts regarding HFF's M&A division in terms of hours, culture, and pay as I can't seem to find much regarding the salary for this division. Is there potential for buyside exit opps? What is the divisions deal flow like? How do they stack against major competitors?

Any insight helps!

I know HFF is very highly regarded among the brokerage shops. So HFF’s REIB Team is comparable to Eastdil and CBRE. Don’t know enough to help you with the other questions.
