HFF new REIB group?
Seems like HFF acquired an IB firm and has created a new M&A group out in NYC. Any info on this group? Seems like it's actual REIB.

The group is legit and is going to be really good. Best get in on the bottom floor.
The acquired both Leon Partners and Hentschel. Making a huge push into the entity level advisory space in the US, APAC, and EMEA. Friend of mine works in the group. I think HFF will be giving Eastdil a huge run for their money in the next several years to come.

Colleague of mine works with HFF securities. All his experience was real estate. Just got to sell yourself during the interview process and mesh with the group.
