High LTV HUD Loan Assumption Help - Multifamily

Does anyone have experience assuming a high LTV HUD Loan in multifamily?

Property got whacked with the 2019 assessment so assuming the loan prices out to around a 6 cap at 90% LTV. Returns obviously look phenomenal but not sure what to expect from HUD....
