HIRING - CRE Investment Analyst - Entry Level

Job description IDS Real Estate Investment Management Analyst Los Angeles, CA

The Analyst position will primarily support IDS’ Real Estate Investment Management division. Responsibilities will focus on performing general analyses related to asset management, portfolio management, and prospective acquisitions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Asset/Portfolio Management – Perform various analyses for properties in the existing IDS portfolio. Assist with the formulation of memorandums and consents for acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Assist with portfolio reporting requirements, including annual budgets and monthly and quarterly financial reports. Collaborate with third-party valuation consultant to value existing assets on a quarterly basis.

Acquisitions –Assist with the formulation of due diligence materials for potential investments. Support REIM division with the general underwriting process, including exposure to sensitivity, scenario, and yield analyses. Maintain an electronic library of prospective acquisitions, including underwritten assumptions and sale data, in order to assess relative value of reviewed investment opportunities.
