Hiring time in RE

I have completed 4 interviews with a large debt shop and its been about a month and a half. I have been in contact with multiple people on the team but getting nervous with the length its taking? Thoughts on if this time frame is normal

What level is the role for? Typically, the length of the interview process correlates roughly with the size of the company. The average process today seems to be around 2 to 3 months, although I have participated in some that were longer. At the other end of the spectrum, some smaller companies only have two rounds, which are closer to a month.

Life Co company, on the originations team. Seems 2 months is around the typical time frame. I have only been in the industry for 1-2 years, is this typical or was hiring faster pre 2021?
