HKS Capital Partners?

First time poster here. I recently got an interview with HKS Capital Partners and was wondering if anyone can shed some light on HKS? From what I could find, it's a mortgage brokerage firm in NYC and seems to be small in size... What can I expect going forward? Thank you!
