Damage control. Trying to figure out how fucked we are and how much cash is going to be needed to get through this. Also trying to figure out when that cash will run out.
sorry for my ignorance. not an expert in this sector. do hotels/banner sometimes just pay a flat rent and a % of sales from the restaurant space? and what's the % of that? or is it structured to where you share or rely RevPar, etc.?
