Hotel Construction Credit Memorandum
I'm working on a hotel construction loan and was wondering if anyone had a credit memo template I could use. This is my first hotel construction loan and the bank I work for provided with a general template.
Also, any advice on how I should be underwriting it? I'm new to this and could use all the help. Thanks in advance!
