Anyone know of a group that handles hotel equity placement for limited service properties. I got a family that specializes in hotels outside D.C.. They own the properties themselves with no partners, but have one or two in the pipeline and would need a substantial equity partner. All the ones I recommended to them were too big and those firms had a minimum for equity placement starting from $2 million+. Anyone know of any equity placement agents that work with smaller companies with smaller equity requirements (less than $1 million). I am guessing not many exist since it may not be worth it to many firms to raise such a small amount.

If it's not an institutional deal, I don't think any brokerage would really help, gotta raise from friends and family yourself
