Hotel Performance Metrics
I'd like to know some more hotel metrics. Here's a few I know that I've seen on STR report so far:
ADR
Occ
RevPar
I hear people talk about "room flex" but I'd like to know if there's a formula for how to calculate it or any other key metrics y'all use often and why.
Those are really the ones you need to know, and then just profit margins
RevPOR as well, also sometimes looking at NOI rather than EBITDA for valuations
