How can I find a good real estate attorney?
As a first-time investor, I would like to get started in real estate investing. And I am learning of the importance of having an attorney-at-law manage all the paperwork. What's the best way to find a local real estate attorney for the first few dealings? Do I need to ask around at Meetup groups, look at Yelp reviews, or do I just Google real estate lawyer and call their offices?
