How can I find historical data such as market reports, cap rates, rent/SF, etc., for a given market?
I've been playing around a little on CoStar and so far found some data. What I'd really like is to find archives of their market reports (for example, New York's Multifamily market report from Q1 2010.
Do you guys know of any other good resources besides CoStar that would also have some good info for this purpose?
