How could I get a position at a Debt Fund or Direct Bridge Lender?
Most of these shops are small (>100 professionals) and won't advertise new positions of they need a loan officer/originator/analyst etc.
I have a background in a residential lending but I've educated myself extensively on commercial real estate finance.
