How do Analyst Programs Work? (& any info on PGIM REF)?

1. PGIM REF used to be Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, part of Prudential Financial. Product stayed the same -- just the name changed.
2. On-campus interview, in-office interview, super-day (whole process takes about a month)
3. Depends on which office is hiring and the need for analysts
4. Yes, they will look at your GPA.

any idea on the salary for the analyst program? Is it a three year program?
