How do Analyst Programs Work? (& any info on PGIM REF)?
Any insight on the PGIM Real Estate Finance analyst program? I am a senior and there may be a promising friend of a friend situation. What's the timeline? How many analysts? Will they review transcripts?
Seems like a structured program for lending would add more value than comps/data entry of unstructured jobs.
