How hard will it be to transition from multifamily/residential to other asset classes?
Working at a fairly small company that does real estate developments/investments/land development and focuses mainly on residential and small multifamily apartments. Will it be difficult to transition to other asset classes such as retail or senior living if I decided I wanted to go in that direction? Or even transition to a company that focuses on large multifamily apartments such as Greystar or Millcreek. Thanks.
