Based on the most helpful WSO content, participants in the A.CRE Accelerator program typically spent 2-8 hours per week on the coursework. The program's duration and time commitment can vary depending on your familiarity with Excel and financial modeling concepts.

The program starts with foundational courses, such as valuations using the direct cap and income methods, which are designed to be easy to follow. However, the pace and complexity increase significantly after the third week, especially with topics like debt and waterfall modeling. These advanced sections require more time and effort, as participants build models from pre-built templates and then apply their skills to solve case studies.

Overall, the program is highly regarded for its comprehensiveness, covering acquisitions, dispositions, sell/hold decisions, and developments. It also provides invaluable support through forums where industry professionals answer questions about both course content and real-world applications. While the program equips you with strong modeling skills, it’s important to note that success in real estate finance also depends on your assumptions and broader deal-making skills.

You can take as long or as little time as you want. None of it is super dense, more of an “inch deep mile wide” type. The long-term lease, development, and partnership portions have the most to get through iirc.

I think I was on the slow end and finished in a little over a month (tried not to skim or move on until I truly knew the material), however I wouldn’t blame someone for taking longer. I also wouldn’t be shocked if someone grinded it out and got it done in a little over a week.

It’s very useful, I’ve maintained my membership so that I can reference from time to time when working on something new or I just need a refresh.
