How long should I stay at my job?

I am currently getting vibes from my boss that I might get fired for my work product. To be fair I am making errors because work has up-ticked so much in asset management these COVID months and my mental health is at an all time low. I started my job in December 2019 and don’t think I’ll be fired before December this year. Is one year of experience enough to start apply to a different job or will it hurt my prospects/career?
