I'm curious how often people are changing jobs in RE and if it really yields substantial benefit? It seems like a lot of users on here are able to target a specific area and can probably make it there with just 2 to 3 moves over the course of maybe 5 to 6 years, and then stick it out for better long-term incentives. I could be completely wrong on this, but want to hear what others have experienced.
