How to advertise a Property Management business
Hi,
My name is Ben and I started a company called Sunstone Properties.
I am struggling with the best way to advertise this company and I was seeing if anyone has any experience with property management companies either owning one or uses one and how you came across them. Google Ads seem expensive and I'm not sure that would be the best route.
The reason I started the company is because I used to have a property management company for my Airbnbs but they didn't a very good job with my properties or even seem to care that much about how it was run. So I wanted to start a company that provides this service in an ethical and customer focused way. I am a real estate investor at heart but now that I've learned how to manage a property inside and out I want to free other people from property management companies that are only interested in making money off of passive owners. I really hate this.
Anyways, any advice anybody would have around how to advertise this kind of a business would be really appreciated! :)
