How to buy an Apartment building with individual owners?
Hi guys, Heard in America people are buying whole MF buildings and value adding and refinance and all the rest. Can you do this in Aus? Cause you have strata and individual owners.... so how would a developer go about this sort of gentrification in Australia? Ps. If you're in US please share your thoughts as well.
