How to convince company to get a Costar or RCA membership?
Being an analyst and being tasked to find market data without either of these services is frustrating and a waste of precious time. How can I convince the MD that it is worth getting memberships even if they are pricey?
Layout the business case on why it’s more efficient.
Or find a cheaper alternative line Yardi. Much cheaper than costar.
"Waste of precious time" to who? You may feel like it's a waste of your time, but your principals may feel that having you run down that info is cheaper than the CoStar subscription. Really depends on the perspective....
