I took an Argus class at UCLA Extension and found it to be super helpful. Its around $800 and you get a student license of Argus on your computer for 6 months. It was also a great networking opportunity - I met a lot of great junior people in the industry.

Yea I was looking at that, but hadn't been able to reach the front office to ask about the specifics of the class. That's great news about the student license.
I am doing the entire UCLA Real Estate Extension Certificate. It's a great place to meet tons of cool people and learn a lot. The classes are really useful.
I taught myself using one of their packages, i think the certification bundle. I didn't think learning it on my own was too difficult and now I use it all the time at my job.
