How to get Part-Time work in project or property management?
Hi, I'm not in finance, but sure you guys will have insight.
I'm 1yr out of school. I want to learn about physical aspects of real estate: renovations, budgeting, vendors, maintenance. My cousins and siblings want to get into property investing so I'm trying to learn. I work with my family's business so it's gotta be part-time (20-30 hours per week)
What are some options? Or how can I ask companies for part-time work? I am in Chicago.
