Sold one on top of a building we used to own. First thing, Ill say be super careful. Theres a huge used car salesmen vibe from these buyers. Lots of scummy firms. One thing I'll say is the price is very negotiable and I recommend you have them compete on pricing. Landmark gave us the best offer and they were very professional. Firms are constantly trying to match one another. Also determine how many years you want to sell off the easement, if your not planning to hold the building long-term, go ahead and do the maximum number of years, they usually do 99.

We are trying to buy one out from the buyer that we sold to years ago and it's been super difficult.
