I focus on multifamily development/acquisitions in a junior role. Lots of free time lately given how the firm I work for is being very selective, any suggestions on topics/concepts to learn/read up on that would help my career? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. End goal is to one day (years from now) to be a sponsor on deals and syndicate equity.
