How to value a Pre-REITS property
Hi everyone, let's say a property is going to REITs. How to price such property.
Here are the parameters:
entry CAP Rate: 10%
NOI: 63 million and remain 10% YoY growth.
Time: 5~7 years
Exit CAP Rate: remain 10% or lower
