As simple as it gets. Do I simply cold email someone over there in business development? I created an excel dashboard that uses a few power queries and you drop in your rent roll from real page and it automatically spits you a report on your 1 2 3 bedrooms per market and compares it with your comp list and how they're doing. So essentially, you can see if you're at 100% occ at 3 bedrooms andthe whole market is 97%, then jack rents and so on. Its a neat tool and it saved a bunch of time for all our AMs.

needless to say it drills down to mkt rent, effective, concessions etc and goes super granular or high lvl
why would u show them? if it's without an NDA they can just build it themselves. if i were you i would use something like blaze(dot)tech to just create this as an app in itself
Its not a patentable idea it just aggregates date in a simple way as in costar using their info to display reports for people etc.
CoStar doesn't care about this. They are unlikely to integrate this. After the RealPage lawsuit, I don't think anyone is going to stick their toes in this area anytime soon.
