Can anyone provide insight on what it's like working at HHC? Specifically analyst comp, culture, benefits, work-life balance, etc.

Long hours for average or subpar pay at the analyst level.
Haven't even heard them be that active, maybe I'm wrong I know NYC isn't their main target market.
They have one deal in NY that they're talking about spinning off into a different company because urban is such an outlier to their business. They're really big land deal / master plan guys.
