IBH Capital - Scam?

Anyone know anything about IBH Capital Management? Their website seems legit, but all the research afterward is sketchy, at best. LinkedIn shows a stark company description with no employees. I searched LinkedIn for each person listed on their website's Executive Team page and got no matching hits.

I searched their NYC and Miami addresses: NYC - 485 Lexington Ave, 33rd Floor. The building is 32 floors. Miami - address listed is for the Miami Entrepreneurship Center. The building is permanently closed.

Also, the information that is available online is not consistent across a few platforms.

What gives?

Definitely a scam. I did a reverse image search on their first executive and the man in that picture's real name is Alain Chevallier, a partner at truffle capital. (http://truffle.com/team/alain-chevallier/). I mean even the purple font on the home page is a fairly telling giveaway because it looks terrible lol.

Would be curious to see what the person's motive is to create a website like this... maybe an undergrad practicing how to build website?

No it isn't about Truffle Capital, it's that they used a picture of Alain Chevallier from Truffle Capital, put his name as "Anthony Bernstein", and listed him as the Managing Partner and CEO of "IBH Capital Management".

"Anthony Bernstein" http://www.ibhcapital.com/executive-leadership.html

Alain Chevallier http://truffle.com/team/alain-chevallier/

Hope that clears your confusion.

It is 100% legit. I worked for them about 2 years ago in their Miami office on Brickell. Really tough place to work. I worked 60-hour weeks without any overtime pay most of my time there. They are also really harsh with their vendors. Won't be surprised if someone in their outsourced IT finally had enough and messed up their website.
