Immediate Analyst Opening

We have an immediate opening for an analyst in the Asset Management group for a large investment bank's principal debt investment group. The role will focus on a portfolio of high yield CRE debt investments, but will also have exposure to non performing loans, sub performing loans, and REO. Primary responsibilities involve maintaining individual cash flow models for complex structured loans and assisting asset managers with day to day analysis. Other exposure includes workouts, restructurings, and note sales when necessary.

Very strong excel experience required with previous cash flow modeling experience preferred.
