Including Real Estate Investments Responsibility on Resume?

I help my family & distant family source deals for investment properties and basically follow through with the entire purchasing process including screening properties, booking appointments for physical showings, negotiating offers and getting tenants. I also help with some property level stuff like dealing with tenant requests, and other basic handyman stuff. Would it be off-putting to put this on my resume? I'm about to graduate with no formal connections in real estate, and don't want to give off the impression that I'm entitled or wealthy because I am not.
