Industrial Development Company Interview Questions
I am preparing for an investment analyst interview for an industrial development company, it is the first round and expected to last around an hour. What questions should I prepare for? I am currently working on knowing CV and deal experience like the back of my hand.
Industrial is very unique asset classes, very technical and specifications/requirements of tenants can be really micro-specific. So I think trying to know about the asset ahead of time will help a lot.
Like do you know terminology like dock high vs. grade level, turning radius, clear height below sprinklers, cross docks, flex space, etc. They are loaded with details like that critical to their development.
