Hey guys I hear about office tenant rep deals all the time ie 5000 sqft @$40/ft for 7 years you get paid X amount on this deal. Can someone walk through a normal/average industrial deal in say TX-Dallas-Houston-Austin. What would a avg size deal look like?

Austin industrial commissions are generally calculated the same as office i.e. as a fixed percentage of the total lease value. Typical "smaller" deal sizes that seem to be common are 5-10 years, 10,000 - 20,000 sf with $10-$15/sf rents. Heavily depends on the type of space (flex v.s. pure industrial) and needs of the tenant.
